Q : Are they genuine?

A : Best Buy World takes pride in selling true and 100% genuine, authentic and original products. We deal directly with the manufacturer and authorized distributor to ensure that we will not sell any fake or imitation goods.

 

: Why are there so many samples available for sale?

A : As we are one of the biggest importers for branded cosmetics, we can buy the goods in bulk at low prices and sell them at promotional prices.

 

: The price has increased from the last time I ordered.

: At Best Buy World, we constantly strive to keep our prices constant. However, we may have to adjust our selling price from time to time as prices increase. Prices will change without notice.

 

: How can you convince me that your product is new and genuine?

: Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. If you wish to clarify the manufactured date of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us. The shelf life of products varies within 3-5 years from the manufactured date. Products are sealed to help prevent contamination and leakage. Small batches and quick shipment ensure freshness; however, opened products should be used within a year for best results. 

 

Are all products ready stock?

A Yes, everything selling in Best Buy World is ready stock! Products that label with out of stock logo are non-orderable. However, if the product ordered is out of stock or insufficient quantity, we will contact you personally by email or phone.

 

: Why the product received looks slightly different then on your picture from your website?

: Product photos are for information purposes only. There may be some slightly different in picture or color variation in the product between the website and the actual products. We will try our best to reflect the truest picture and color as much as possible.

 

: I don't expect the fragrance smell like this.

: Before you purchase, we suggest you to go to any nearest outlet to try the fragrance. Item sold are not refundable.

 

: What is Tester Size?

: Tester size is brand new, unused. Testers are usually supplied in either plain boxes, and sometimes do not have a box and lid on the bottle. Testers are produced for stores to sample the product for their customers. Exactly the same Fragrance but comes in a bottle marked as a "Tester / Demonstration", and may also state "not for resale". Testers are usually produced in the largest size available of the product, so you will enjoy the largest size of your favorite fragrance at the lower price.

: How do I register on the Best Buy World website?

: It’s easy! Click on the POINTS button on the bottom right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form.

 

: I can't login to my account.

: You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or password. Please check and try again.

 

: I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

: Simply click on "Forgotten password" link and we will send an email with a link to reset your password. Enter your new password. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password immediately.

: How to order?

:

Step 1: BROWSE & SELECT PRODUCT

Step 2: ADD TO CART to add the product to your shopping cart. Next click the CONTINUE SHOPPING if you would like to select other item, then click CHECKOUT NOW to proceed to checkout and ready to make the payment, or BUY NOW button to proceed to checkout and ready to make the payment

Step 3: Enter your DELIVERY INFORMATION then continue to payment

Step 4: Select your PAYMENT METHOD – Credit card, Online Banking, COD or E-wallet

Step 5: Order successful –Order summary will be sent via email.

 

: How can I check the status of my order(s)

: You can check your order status in under My Account - Recent Orders. It will indicate the status of your order whether it is pending, processing or complete. We will send you a confirmation email notice once your order is completed and ready for shipping. After your order is posted out, you can track your item using tracking number that has been updated through email.

 

: Why is my order pending?

Your order might be pending delivery for a number of reasons including pending payment, payment has been rejected or some products in your order are out of stock. We will send you an email shortly after your order has been processed to confirm the issue.

 

: How can I cancel my order?

: Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, no further changes can be made. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.

 

: Can I combine my order?

: We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order (single receipts) once it has been confirmed. If you wish to add more items, you may proceed with new order.

: How to pay?

: We accept 

  • MasterCard, Visa Credit or Debit Cards issued by local Malaysian banks only.
  • Online payments via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline and MEPS/FPX (All banks including RHB and Bank Islam etc).
  • E-wallet via Grabpay, TouchNGo, Boost and Maybank QR.
  • Cash On Delivery – do check your postal area if included in our service area.

 

: Do you keep my credit card details?

: We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

 

: How can I know if my payment was successful?

: Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompt to inform you that the payment has been received. You will also receive an invoice from us and a payment confirmation from the online payment portal via email. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order via My Account.

 

DELIVERY

Q : How much is the delivery charge?

A : Best Buy World offers FREE shipping throughout Malaysia for online purchases worth RM99 or above. RM10 for purchase below RM98.

 

: When can I get my order?

: After you have successfully placed your order, it will take 1 to 3 working days to deliver your items. Delivery may take additional time during peak season, sale period, holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as technical / delivery resources issue or natural disasters.

 

: When is the delivery time?

: We always strive to provide the best to delivery your orders as soon as we can. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday at 10am-5pm excluding Public Holidays. Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

 

: Can I change the delivery date?

A Yes, you may change the delivery date. Kindly indicate the date of delivery in the comments section when checking out.

 

: Do you ship to international address?

A Delivery is provided within Malaysia ONLY. No international delivery will be made

 

RETURN & REFUND

: What conditions to return products?

: For  any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, you need to notify our  Customer Service  upon 7 days of receiving the goods .We only accept the return item if the product that you received are:

  • A  damaged products when delivered to you
  • Wrong item(s) delivered not as per ordered 
  • Expired items 
  • Wrong quantity delivered – it could be oversupplied or undersupplied 

Note :

All products returned must be in the exact condition received by the customer.

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

: I use your product and got an allergy. Can I return and get a refund?

: We are sorry to hear that you developed an allergy from the product. Depending on the skin condition, different individuals may get different results in using the same product. Best Buy World is not liable for your skin condition after using the products. No return or refund will be accepted.

 

: After using a product, I find that it's not what I want. Can I return it?

: We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.
