An Eau de Parfum with a bouquet of floral aldehydes wrapped in an iconic bottle design.

Formula

The fragrance has the same floral aldehyde notes as the perfume, with floral notes centered around rose de mai and jasmine. The Eau de Parfum has a more modern interpretation, with citrus in the top note and vanilla in the last note.

Inspiration

In 1921, Ernest Beaux, Chanel's first exclusive perfumer, responded to Mademoiselle Chanel's wish for a "scent that smells like a woman, for women" with an abstract fragrance that went beyond the common sense of the time. She named the fifth bottle she selected from the prototypes "N°5". The
bottle has straight lines, a white label, and a stopper cut like a jewel. A rare, luxurious fragrance of complex composition, wrapped in a bottle that has been stripped of all unnecessary elements for ultimate simplicity.
Jacques Polge, who became Chanel's third exclusive perfumer in 1978, brought a new interpretation to N°5 based on perfume in 1986, and the Eau de Parfum was born.

How to use

A spray-type Eau de Parfum that allows you to easily enjoy the scent.
When used in conjunction with the N°5 Bath Line, the scent lasts longer and gives you a deeper, more fragrant aura.
